“Are You Planted?”
Psalm 92: 12 The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13 Those that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
How beautiful and pleasant it is when the children of God gather together, in one mind and one accord. Can I tell you: amazing things happen? Ask the one hundred and twenty who were gathered together in the upper room! When we consistently come together we are stronger because our spirits unite, our praise unites, and our adoration for our King unites. The house of God is not a place of debate or social gathering, it is a place where we can flourish and grow like the cedars of Lebanon. Are you planted in good soil? The Word of God promises that when you are planted, your roots grow deep so when, not if but when, the storm comes you will not be uprooted. You will stand firmly and bear much fruit! So grab your neighbor by the hand, take them to church, and see what God has in store for your neighborhood!
