“What Are You Waiting For?”
1 King 18: 21 And Elijah came to all the people, and said, how long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.
If we believe that God is who He says He is, why are we serving Him half-hearted? Why do we only serve God when its convenient? Maybe you choose to keep silent concerning what God’s Word says when you’re in “sticky” situations. But, can I tell you, your silence speaks louder than you think? When you are with people who believe the way you believe, you are outspoken about your faith. But when you are with people who are unsaved or who are not “serious” about their walk with God, do you “dumb-down” your faith? God is God all the time and He is asking us to speak His Truth at all times, in all season, and to all people. If we will begin to speak, someone will listen. You never know whose life you might change by choosing this day to SERVE GOD!
