“True Sacrifice”
John 3:16- For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Today we recognize those who have served our country...those who have given their lives in the line of duty for something bigger than themselves. This is true love...true sacrifice. These men and women have proven their love for this country. Likewise did Jesus. The ultimate act of love: the laying down of one’s life for another. Because of these selfless men and women, we can enjoy various freedoms. Because of our Savior Jesus, we can enjoy the ultimate freedom: SALVATION!
